Fembos Global Services Limited has unified its operational divisions into a single multinational matrix. Partners now brief one desk and receive the same field supervisors, compliance specialists and logistics managers regardless of the sector involved.
What changes for partners
- One point of contact for multi-sector contracts, for example a mineral supply agreement with bundled haulage and customs clearance.
- Shared escrow and letter-of-credit structures across mining, agricultural and energy trades.
- A single compliance log covering export permits, assay certificates and customs filings.
What does not change
Field oversight stays exactly where it has always been: at the concession, the farm cluster, the depot and the marine berth. Consolidation removes internal hand-offs, not supervision.
